60 Days to Decide
We are confident in our service, so you get 60 days from activation to make up your mind. If during that time it falls short of what you expected, or simply will not work on your home network, you can ask for a full refund.
When a Refund Is Approved
- Problems we cannot fix: Your streams keep dropping out or timing out, and our technical team has not managed to sort it within 48 hours of working on it.
- Your device will not connect: You have followed our official installation guides, but the apps we supply still cannot log in on your particular Smart TV or streaming hardware. This is uncommon, but it is covered.
Requesting Your Refund
To cancel and get your money back, get in touch with our billing team via the support and FAQ page and include the following:
- The email address you used when you paid.
- Your subscription username, or the MAC address of your device.
- A few words on why the service was not right for you, which helps us do better.
Once we have your request, our accounts team checks your subscription and approves the refund. Your bank will normally take between 3 and 7 working days to show the money back on the card or account you paid with.
Please note: we may turn down a refund request where we see evidence of account sharing, a breach of our Terms & Conditions, or a pattern of buying and cancelling over and over to avoid paying the normal subscription price.
